MANILA, Philippines — National Anti-Poverty Commission (NAPC) identified farmers and fisherfolks as the poorest people in the country.

NAPC’s statement comes, following the orders of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. for the commission to locate the most impoverished communities in the land.
