PRC: 1,594 pass Master Plumbers board exam
MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announced on Tuesday that 1,594 out of 3,594 examinees passed the February 2024 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination.
The exams were held on February 15 and 16.
Arllan Feoj Santillan from the University of Mindanao – Davao City topped the licensure examination with a rating of 88.80 percent, followed by Adrian Perez from the De La Salle University and Niel Katipunan Sadia II from Southern Luzon State University – Lucban (SLPC) (87.50 percent) and John Oliver Guiang from the Central Luzon State University (86.80 percent)
De La Salle University was named as the top-performing school with a 100 percent passing rate, followed by the University of Santo Tomas with an 81.67 percent passing rate.
Three schools tied for the third best-performing school, all with the same passing rate of 80 percent: Mindanao State University – Iligan Institute of Technology, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and Technological University of the Philippines – Visayas.
The PRC announced that the date and venue for the oathtaking ceremony of the successful examinees will be announced at a later date.
