No more walk-in: PH Army recruitment will be 100% online this 2024
MANILA, Philippines — Full implementation of the online application process for Philippine Army aspirants begins this year, an official said Monday.
“There is no more walk-in process,” Col. Louie Dema-ala told INQUIRER.net in a text message.
The Army spokesperson explained that applicants should register online and then wait for the Army Personnel Management Center’s (APMC) action informing them where to take the qualifying exam.

From passers of the written exam, the APMC will choose applicants based on the skill sets required by the Army and call them “for a one-week processing,” Dema-ala added without further elaborating.

Dema-ala said the Army targets to recruit 5,000 personnel in 2024 as part of their quota.
The first batch of enlisted personnel will take oath on March 1 for the training.
