732 pass board exam for dentists; UE-Manila grad is topnotcher

MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) announced on Wednesday that 732 out of 1,668 examinees passed the November 2023 Licensure Examinations for Dentists.

Anne Nicole Caeg of the University of the East-Manila topped the examination with a rating of 83.00 percent, followed by Aljin Prado from the University of the Philippines-Manila (82.54 percent) and Ma. Evan Cadag, also from the University of the Philippines-Manila (82.10 percent.)

University of the East-Manila, with a passing rate pf 83.47,  was named the sole top-performing school with 50 or more examinees and with at least an 80 percent passing percentage.

The exam results were released four days after the last day of the examination.

The PRC added that the date and venue for the oath taking ceremony of the successful examinees will be announced at a later date.
