Manila Water has been campaigning and promoting awareness of the service to protect community health and the environment.

“We are encouraging our customers to take advantage of the siphoning services Manila Water is offering. This will prevent overflow in your households and help in minimizing water pollution,” Corporate Communications Affairs Group Director Jeric Sevilla said in a statement.

Septage collected from septic tanks undergoes the proper treatment process in Manila Water’s septage treatment plants before being released to waterways. This helps ensure the ecological balance of bodies of water.

To inquire about the schedule, customers are advised to coordinate with their barangay offices or call Manila Water’s Customer Help Desk at 1627.
